The position reports to, and receives direction from the Senior Online Marketing Manager and will help support important digital initiatives including rebuilding several key web properties, monetizing our Facebook presence, and expanding our eCommerce capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience and will thrive in a DIY culture that expects excellence yet provides an educational environment perfect for beginning marketers.

Core Responsibilities:
- Partner with the social media team to develop and maintain Facebook applications and campaigns that monetize our fan base
- Traffic digital projects through copy, design and implementation
- Administer seasonal and compliancy updates on several web properties
- Develop reports to track and analyze website performance
- Maintain WordPress microsites and content marketing campaigns
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and actively share new insights
- Create PowerPoint presentations that communicate key marketing results to the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent entry level online marketing experience
- Creative thinker with an understanding of analytics
- An eye for effective design and quality marketing copy
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams
- Experience with WordPress or similar Content Management System a plus
- Beginning knowledge of SEO and social media marketing
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
