The Online Marketing Coordinator, in this entry level position, will be responsible for supporting the Online Marketing team and Demand Center in the pursuit of qualified leads, increased campaign engagement and actionable metrics to optimize performance.

The Coordinator must have a basic understanding and experience within various online demand channels to include email, webinars, SEO, PPC, and social media. In addition, this position will work daily to leverage the marketing automation platform and integrating lead data within CRM system, and previous knowledge and/or experience in these types of software is ideal.

The Online Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining critical information within these systems, and this role will require intense attention to detail. This position requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Innovative thinking and problem solving along with an open and collaborative communication style are critical.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Online Marketing Support

Coordinate and maintain the subscriber lists, logistics and execution of various internal and external Corporate Marketing newsletters.
Coordinate external list rentals with various list rental companies in support of lead generation for outbound campaigns. Support to include submitting purchase orders, updating metrics and performance information.
Create new SalesForce campaigns to track leads generated from outbound and inbound marketing campaigns, and upcoming events.
Maintain and update information within campaigns to ensure it is accurate and consistent for improved marketing ROI reporting, as well as test new web forms for accuracy.
Maintain the analytics cookie tracking spreadsheet for new emails, and work with the web team to ensure information is accurate and consistent.
Coordinate and send out weekly reports to the Demand Center to summarize the progress of outbound email campaigns from Marketo.
Update Marketing webinar and email calendars in Outlook with new event/send dates to align with information in Aprimo.
Assist Specialists in support of corporate webinar program to increase number of qualified leads for various products.

Coordinate unique URL creation with the web team for electronic banner ads which assist in analyzing ad performance and lead generation.

Preferred Experiential Background:
1+ years of experience in a corporate marketing department required.
Automation Platform and/or email system required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and team player skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
Proven written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional organizational skills.

Education
B.A./B.S. degree in marketing/business preferred or equivalent years of work experience
