Online Marketing Campaign Manager - Acquisition & Retention

Marking their further commitment to their customers; to ensure the best possible online experience, this newly created role is one that would position you as an integral part of the digital engagement and social channels team that is responsible for digital customer acquisition, the constant refinement of the online services proposition and overall, to continually improve onsite cross sell and conversion opportunity.

Your specific focus in this exciting and challenging role is two fold; firstly you’ll be tasked with converting existing customers to “digital” customers, working along side marketing product and portfolio teams to develop creative and innovative ideas and onsite campaigns. Secondly you’ll be charged with strengthening the relationship with existing digital customers, working in tandem with the relevant teams again on cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.

This position is crucial to the team as you’ll be hands on in defining, executing, managing and of course reporting on the ever increasing number of consumer focused campaigns through the multiple digital channels available.

From simple onsite banner campaigns through to more complex CRM driven initiatives, on a day to day basis you’ll be hands on every step of the way; defining customer decision paths, preparing content. Managing 3rd party agency relationships and providing your recommendations as to best practice, usability, onsite bookings and placements.

Supporting your thinking and rationale will be the data and subsequent insight, so to be competitive in your application you must be able to demonstrate a solid track record of data driven campaign success, and strong working knowledge of the likes of Site-catalyst, Google analytics, tableau etc.

Internal stakeholder engagement is a key component also to this role also so confidence and the ability to articulate yourself in a professional, clear and concise manner is of the utmost importance.
