Online Marketing & Publicity Manager needed for full-time, onsite, contract-to-hire role! The Online Marketing & Publicity Manager will handle online marketing for the following physical and digital product lines: books/eBooks, CDs/Audio Downloads, DVDs/Video Streams, and/or special projects assigned by Director. The Online Marketing & Publicity Manager will be responsible for creating and executing all promotional activities for assigned projects under the direction of the Department Director. The Online Marketing & Publicity Manager will also be responsible for gathering launch analytics and make recommendations for future projects.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities – Related to Assigned Product Lines:
• Develops unique promotional strategies and manages execution of marketing plans for assigned product line(s) for online channels.
• Develops, manages and executes approved budget for projects, promotions and programs associated with assigned product line(s).
• Works with members of the marketing team to create and approve all marketing materials and general promotions related to assigned product line(s).
• Acts as a liaison to other functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Events, Publicity, Creative, etc. to ensure awareness of current and future promotional campaigns and coordination of activities.
• Conducts author relations associated with the assigned product line(s), including: responding to author inquiries and requests, maintaining continual flow of information, and planning/managing author participation.
• Oversees the general brand for assigned product line(s).
• Evaluates success of each activity assigned. Reports analytics and revenue to Director upon project completion. Makes recommendation for future plans.
• Learns new techniques, processes, theories and technologies related to assigned product line(s).
• Oversees and executes assigned media related projects.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities – Related to All Product Lines
• Works closely with other Product Line Managers for a cohesive company marketing strategy for all product lines.
• Works closely with the Email Marketing Manager to ensure that all company email marketing initiatives are scheduled and executed in a timely manner.
• Works closely with the Video Project Manager/Editor on all product line video initiatives, helping to oversee company brand and messaging across all videos.
