A huge retail client is looking for a Junior/Mid-level Online Marketing & Optimisation Assistant to join their team on a full time basis. A fantastic opportunity that offers career progression for a pro-active, highly organised and

The role:

The Junior - Mid level Online Marketing & Optimisation Assistant will be responsible for managing a section of the website, from planning to organising and publishing content in addition to populating and coding web pages.

The Junior - Mid level Online Marketing & Optimisation Assistant will be working closely with producers, designers, developers, publishers and other key members of the team to continuously work on optimising the site, to

increase conversion rates and deliver the best online shopping experience for customers.


Key responsibilities:

Plan and ensure all content published to the site reflects in store, online and seasonal campaigns

Actioning and managing project workflow by using a ticketing system to manage and allocate requests

Carry out regular quality checks to ensure all updated content follows brand guidelines and offers customers an optimised browsing experience

Manage and prioritise last minute and legal requests

Identify new, innovative ways to improve the customers experience


Must haves:

Experience using analytical tools with a good understanding of web analytics

Proven experience of increasing conversion rates and average order value

Experience with online marketing - SEO, affiliates, ecoupons, email campaigns etc

Ability to code HTML/CSS
