** A FORTUNE 500 FASHION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL ONLINE INVENTORY SPECIALIST **

SUMMARY:
The Inventory Specialist is a member of the Canada Inventory Management team whose work supports the goals of the Canada business. He/She is responsible for ensuring pre-season and in season tactical Inventory Management functions are completed to support the divisional financial and inventory plans. He/She is responsible for the maintenance and changes of all adopted product, data entry accuracy and management of established timelines.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
• Create, update and maintain all inventory within the ACT System and report out on ongoing changes in units and costing through monthly receipt reconciliation process
• Execute strategies for packing, pre-packs, size balancing and inventory balancing
• Run size selling and set up specific size profiles as needed
• Track DC stocking for current month
• Manage initial allocation to support product and financial strategy
• Manage replenishment allocation to support product and financial strategy
• Run PAR weekly to ensure all new styles are released
• Promotions: enter promotional price points for applicable styles within the market and ensure accuracy around pricing and effective dates
• Ensure accuracy of markdowns, promotional pricing and effective dates (including manual changes)
• Responsible for responding to all inquiries about pricing accuracy
• Responsible for inputting and updating retail prices in ACT utilizing the pricing matrix
• Provide ad hoc system support
• Set up BI reporting parameters for future seasons
• Run weekly reports, seasonal reports as needed
• Complete IPR clean up monthly
• Maintain and run reports/tools as needed (weekly Top 30, Midweek, ACT change tracker, etc.)
• Run seasonal reports used for Hindsighting, Investment review preparation

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Administrative experience and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in Outlook and Word; Advanced computer skills in Excel, email and merchandise pipeline applications
• Excellent technical, analytical and mathematical abilities
• Strong organizational and planning skills to ensure proper, timely and accurate execution
• Ability to identify priorities and execute with a sense of urgency
• Possess effective listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong communication and team/relationship skills
• Exhibit confidence and common sense when accessing and utilizing expert resources
• Demonstrate strong ability to be financially responsible and a strong understanding of the financial and other impacts of mistakes
• Work effectively and efficiently as a member of a cross-functional department team
• Possess initiative and the ability to work independently
• Professional and mature attitude
• Past administrative experience in an office environment
• Retail experience preferred but not required
