Responsible for maintaining optimal online product imagery and assisting graphic designers with image capture and retouching. Position also requires a close working relationship with web developers and regional merchandisers to ensure proper naming conventions and platform compatibility with the ultimate goal of promoting the Timberland brand to consumers.
Special Requirements: Photography portfolio required
Overnight domestic travel required up to 5% of the time.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation and naming of all online and catalog imagery, including sizing, retouching, color correcting and color modifying images.
Manage product imagery archives, working against briefs or spreadsheets generated by consumer direct counterparts. Ensure archives are easily searchable and accessible.
Manage product category spreadsheets and organize actual product samples for each season, ensuring the team has the products that need to be photographed and color corrected.
Collect /transfer/upload product image files to hosting partner and internal partners. Collect final files from vendor for product image archive.
Work with external vendors on photo shoots, assisting in art direction, sample management.
Answer customer support /consumer inquiries regarding online product images, investigating and correcting any inaccuracies.
Share knowledge and expertise with other members of the design team.
