One of the top oil and gas companies in the Houston area is looking for an Online Engagement Specialist. The key functions of this role will be to ensure assigned businesses communicate effectively within the internal website and through e-marketing channels. They will check that communications meet company standards and are fully integrated and consistent, in both content and timing, with other communications channels. Be both teacher and strategist for assigned Segment MarCom team with respect to online marketing; oversee and coordinate the use of inbound marketing channels, including paid search, e-mail marketing, and Calls to Action (CTAs). Develop online marketing reporting information and relevant data analysis that is meaningful, accessible, and drives improvement.
University degree; training in web technology and/or Content Management System (CMS). Working knowledge of Sitecore, SEO, web page design, Google Analytics, AdWords, e-mail marketing, online marketing, and project management basics. Basic domain understanding in assigned areas. Detail-oriented with a passion for quality. Fluent English speaker with good communication skills and excellent ability to work within small teams. Good knowledge of web concepts, architecture, and innovations.
