· 2+ years of experience optimizing content for search engines.
· Must have demonstrable strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Great Candidate:
They are customer-centric, results oriented, and can provide examples of both. They ask questions and are curious. If they had all of these traits and had experience / examples of making data driven decisions, they would be a rock star. We try to hire rock stars, given it’s not our preference to staff using contractors.

Good Candidate:
They have content experience, are good at delivering results on time, can manage schedules, and have demonstrable experience partnering cross-functional. A good candidate might not be data-driven or ask as many questions as a great customer.

Soft Skills:
Communication and interpersonal skills. Both are critical given this person will work with multiple product marketing teams and a team that will take her/his work and publish it online. Patience is a virtue, as some of the teams we work with support complex platforms, making for a less-than-optimal publishing platform. The brand of our team is that we get stuff done.
