Our client is a large financial institution in San Francisco, CA and they are looking for an Online Content Manager for a 3 month contract. This is 40 hours a week onsite and health benefits and 401K options offered.

This Online Content Manager role provides support to the Content Marketing Team in managing projects related to the coordination of content marketing programs across the company including but not limited to managing content development/deadlines and approval processes.

Responsibilities of Online Content Manager:
• Maintains relationships with project stakeholders including various line of business marketing partners, team members, peers, managers, customers, vendors, and other affected departments to coordinate efforts across multiple business units and ensure continuous efficient management of projects; gathers input and feedback.
• Develops PowerPoint presentations in support of strategic initiatives and content programs.
• Proficient in managing web-based calendars
• Excellent organization skill and attention to detail required in managing content archives and expiring content updates and reviews
• Effectively assists in directing both internal and external resources to achieve business solutions within project guidelines.
• Collaborates and communicates with other project managers to coordinate cross-project initiatives and activities.

Required skills of Online Content Manager:
• 2-3 years plus experience in project management preferred; Microsoft Office Suite proficiency preferred – PowerPoint and Excel proficiency required.
