Online Content Manager - Retail

Firebrand are once again partnering with this leading retail group for the search of an experienced Online Content Manager to work across one of their major brands.
You will be responsible for developing the content strategy to ensure the content aligns closely with existing marketing campaigns and initiatives, you will also be given full scope to drive creative
initiatives to ensure best of class online content and drive channel effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a clear online content strategy in close conjunction with the broader marketing teams deliverables
• Strategically establish and implement digital content plans
• Develop content to enhance and optimise the customer experience
• Work in close collaboration with huge array of stakeholders to co-exist the brand marketing objectives and campaigns
• Drive strategies to increase site traffic working with key measurement systems and tools
• Effectively apply content to work with key search (SEO) methodologies and objectives

Key Requirements
• 5 years+ experience within e-commerce, online content or digital marketing with a content focus
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online merchandising technology and content management systems are a must have
• Experience working across a broad range of digital marketing channels (search, social, eDM, mobile)
• Confident liaising with a vast array of stakeholders
• Strategically minded with ability to adapt to an ever changing medium
• Strong project managed experience
