A large financial company in the heart of Downtown Boston is seeking an Online Content Coordinator for a 12 month, 40 hours a week contract.

This is an excellent position for someone who wants to get a start in the financial services industry, or build his/her knowledge of investment and banking products-- and relevant financial topics like budgeting and saving, investing, retirement planning and college savings. Working closely with a content team in the downtown Boston offices, this person will be focused on reviewing copy for use online and sending it out for review by various legal and product teams. A significant portion of the position requires closely tracking content and finding ways to work efficiently to move the content through the process and to coordinate necessary changes to the content.

The Online Content Coordinator candidate will gain a greater understanding of web-based content and digital delivery of information, as well as an understanding of all systems and processes.

Online Content Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Manage content updates, including incorporating all changes to text, data, charts and disclosures
• Partner with the online publishing team to coordinate changes to existing content, addition of new content and removal of content
• Manage all website content through Legal/Compliance/Risk online review flow as items become out of date, new regulations apply, new content is created, etc.
• Adapt and lightly edit content for various audiences (i.e. Manage basic content edits for phone numbers and other minor changes based on whether content is on the public or private site)
• Maintain content inventory and act as a resource for online team members looking for a particular type of educational/planning content
• Update spreadsheets and documentation to track and categorize content
