Our client is a large financial institution in Wilmington, DE and they are looking for an Online Content Coordinator to join their team!! This a 6-month contract job with the possibility to extend!! Health benefits and 401K options are offered!!

The Digital Marketing team is looking for a talented Online Content Coordinator to help the various lines of business utilize digital marketing channels with high degrees of efficiency and scale. By offering domain skill set and governance across the different digital channels, including third- party media, search, social media and mobile, the LOB marketers will be empowered with industry leading tools and analytics to drive their business programs.

The Online Content Coordinator will be responsible for the stewardship of online ad campaigns requested by the lines of business. The Online Content Coordinator will have a superb work ethic and strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. This is a quality-driven team with guiding principles and processes as the foundation. The team is growing as it expands their footprint across the owned properties.

The Online Content Coordinator role will be responsible for various activities, including the following:
- Primary liaison between ad operations and line of business
- Work directly with advertisers (key stakeholders from each line of business) to obtain requirements for campaign requests and provide support for ad-related inquiries/issues
- Build, schedule and publish online advertising campaigns via internal content management tools, and internal campaign workflow tool
- Support small development type updates and requests to build pages
- Analyze campaign performance, ensuring they are effectively maintained to guarantee optimal delivery
- Investigate and resolve campaign issues
- Work with cross-functional groups to support projects as ad operations resource
- Cross-train and support the work and relationships of other Online Content Coordinator as needed
- Primary liaison with creative and editorial resources, legal and compliance officers, and development support teams to test and troubleshoot new and/or existing ad products
- Work as needed to support ad related emergencies and scheduled enhancements

Basic Qualifications for Online Content Coordinator:
- Bachelors degree is required
- 3 years experience in digital operations role for an e-Commerce and/or a publisher network or ad tech company. Experience with related technologies is helpful (X+1, DFP, DFA, programmatic ad tools, etc…)
- Knowledge and understanding of general online business, advertising, and marketing principles
- Familiarity with Flash, HTML, JavaScript
- Experience in navigating highly matrixed organizations
- Working knowledge of content management tools
- Experienced in marketing analytics and reporting

Preferred Skills for Online Content Coordinator:
- Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to work well with others across multiple departments and lead both technical and non-technical discussions with end-users
- Must be detail oriented, analytical, organized and produce high-quality work
- Ability to meet tight/adhoc deadlines and multi-task effectively while supporting and delivering on multiple requests
- Online Campaign Manager applicants must have a propensity to quickly learn new systems and technologies, multi-task and be able to work in a team environment across multiple locations
- Problem-solving, decision-making & leadership skills are essential
