Looking for an experienced Online Analyst who will play a lead role in the development, implementation, utilization and knowledge of Retail eBusiness technology, systems, products and production processes. Responsible for online services definition/delivery/adoption usage and production management processes including day to day performance, accuracy, operation, understanding, support and maintenance.
Product Implementation: Support the analysis effort on large projects for the most complex online products and systems. Develop product requirements, validate design, create and execute test cases. Secure senior management buy-in on product approach. Support requirements elicitation and drive walk through sessions for business and system requirements. Perform data analysis and add to Agile story documentation as needed. Support the analysis required to work through project dependencies, issues, and risks. Plays a lead role in the development, implementation, utilization and knowledge of eBusiness products and/or production processes.
Competitor/Product Assessments: Investigates competitive landscape trends for online products and monitors trends in healthcare, web, and analytics impacting current and future product features/functions. Assess market trends, customer needs and product capability to identify and recommend new product opportunities. Develops strategies and roadmaps including current and new features/functions to achieve cost savings and membership growth objectives.
Relationship Management: Interacts with business and technology partners to research issues related to the product lifecycle or features/functions. Serves as a liaison between software engineering, software quality assurance and non-technical stakeholders throughout the software development and deployment process.
Communications: Contribute to communications with internal stakeholders, such as status communications and dashboards.
Iteration & Release Plans: Understand and contribute to Agile iteration and release plans. Create a product backlog in association with product manager and business stakeholders. Facilitate prioritization of product backlog. Understand and help manage project dependencies. Break down very large complex efforts into smaller releasable efforts. Perform overall risk assessment for releases and iterations.
User Stories & Product Backlog: Experienced in authoring and managing complex Agile user stories and system requirements. Provide root cause analysis support to product issues. Understand product capabilities and delivers product demos.
Service Level Agreement Management: Work with both vendor and internal resources to ensure that SLAs are consistently met.
User Acceptance Test Plans and Execution: Author UAT scripts for the product including relevant processes required to support or use the product. This role is accountable for verifying the user acceptance of product prior to release. Execute test cases, log defects and validate fixes.
Job Required Education/Experience
• Bachelors degree and 8 + years of relevant experience in a web product management, or project delivery role or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to understand complex product capabilities and design.
• Strong systems
• Ability to support cross-functional business partners and IT to deliver and maintain products
• Knowledge of product on kiosk, tablet, hand-held and supporting technologies
• Ability to influence cross-functionally and at all levels
• Strong communication skills to communicate with both internal and external customers
• Experience with Agile development methodology
• Experience with JIRA is a plus
• Knowledge of product marketing disciplines a plus
• Knowledge of user centered design method a plus
• Online Retail experience a plus
