Online Affiliate Manager, Marketing

Execute the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs
Work closely with the Director of Marketing to maximize the effectiveness of each program
Recruit new affiliate partners and grow the program on a regular basis
Track daily performance of affiliate programs to identify opportunities
Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonus offers for affiliates
Manage relationships with top affiliates to maximize affiliate sales by the following:

Identifying and recruiting high-potential affiliates
Negotiating custom terms with strategic, super-affiliates
Educating affiliates about existing and upcoming promotions
Conceptualizing and measuring sales promotions that drive revenue or leads
Forecasting sales and ensuring effective ad spend

Identify, test, and implement highest converting creative and landing pages
Coordinate technical integration and creative needed for adding new products and tools to affiliate program
Manage, compose and distribute all communications to affiliates including monthly newsletters and recruitment letters
Identify and resolve affiliate fraud
Monitor Affiliate Service Provider and internal tracking and identify/resolve any discrepancies


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

3-5 years of affiliate marketing experience required

Bachelor’s degree required
Strategic thinker with superior analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Capable of multi-tasking and coordinating several projects at once
Responsible self-starter with excellent time-management skills
Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point skills required
HTML skills a plus
