Online Advertising Mktg Operations Manager -- San Diego -- 312741

Responsibilities:

Creative and Landing Page Development (Display, Social/Mobile, Paid Search, SEO):
• Support Online Advertising team (four Channel Managers) in development of display banner creative, search ad copy and custom social/content creative
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously; managing deliverables, tight deadlines and end-to-end implementation
• Manage creative routing and approval process – coordinating with all stakeholders, including Brand and Legal
• Coordinate with creative, media and search agencies to ensure milestones/timelines/deliverables are on track
• Work with Channel Managers and Web Program Manager to manage Landing Page development process
• Provide QA support for all online creative and landing page work

Marketing Operations:
• Develop and manage planning/execution documents and detailed project schedules
• Assist Channel Managers in management of monthly budgets, expense forecasting and invoice reconciliation; including coordination with outside partners/vendors/agencies
• Manage purchase order and accrual processes for all online channels working with Channel Managers and Finance Manager

Reporting:
• Assist channel managers in competitive reporting
• Assist channel managers in weekly reporting for business reviews
• Monitor competitive activity for display and search, including affiliate violations and trademark infringement

Required Experience/Skills:
• 3-5 years project management, marketing operations experience for online marketing division of large corporation or digital marketing agency
• Experience managing projects for display, search, social and mobile marketing
• Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Extremely organized with ability to make decisions, prioritize work and drive process improvements
• Ability to thrive and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Working experience in online display, social, mobile, search marketing
• Digital agency experience a plus
• Bachelors Degree preferred
