Online Advertising & Analytics Mgr

Our Client's online web services is seeking a talented, self-directed Online Advertising and Analytics Manager to generate and measure the global awareness and adoption of our client's cloud computing platform, services and solutions. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast growing business. This is a 3 month contract position with potential for full-time employment. This position also involves data analysis cloud service usage patterns at a customer level and derive customer based insights.

The ideal candidate has a successful track record of leading teams and driving online marketing campaigns, an unbridled passion for technology, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Duties will include building and implementing online display advertising, paid and organic search activities (SEM, SEO), online sponsorships, content syndication, lead generation, and more. Experience and passion for learning new customer analytics techniques is a bonus.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record supporting cross functional teams to identify goals and build effective marketing strategies.

· Successfully drive adoption, and usage of web services through effective online programs including adverting campaigns, lead generation, promotions, and more.
· Effectively execute online ad campaigns from beginning to end, including campaign planning, audience targeting, messaging, and reporting.
· Build comprehensive reports that measures ROI using internal and external analytics tools; analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, modify campaigns based on conclusions (e.g., optimize campaigns using A/B and multi-variate testing), and clearly articulate results to key stakeholders.
· Conduct analysis to understand the impact of online advertising and other marketing tactics on customer behavior e.g. impact of advertising on customer lifetime value.

Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience working with tools and analytics packages, such as Omniture, Google Analytics, Business Intelligence tools, and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong SQL skills
- Excel expert
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in online marketing. Experience in B2B, high-tech products/services preferred.
- Ad agency experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing and/or relevant field of study.
- Expert knowledge of search engine optimization, social media networks, and ad networks.
- Skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record staying on budget.
- Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
