Firebrand are pleased to be given the opportunity to work with such an exclusive online brand, on a position that is set to develop and implement the online acquisition strategy in line with overall revenue targets for this year and beyond. So if you’re currently in a Search Agency role, looking to move into a client side environment specific to eCommerce and online retail, you’d be a fool not to put your best foot forward for this position.

In this role you’ll be charged with developing the online customer acquisition strategy and framework across all relevant channels – paid search, display, targeted email, and affiliate with a view to further segmenting the customer base and subsequently increasing conversion rate based upon specific targeted efforts.

Alongside the Marketing Team, working with the Head of Marketing you’ll be responsible for shaping the online acquisition marketing budget in line with CPA targets. You’ll manage key search agency relationships, get stuck in to campaign data and present the relevant insight to principle business stakeholders as to further strategic refinement for continued success within the highly competitive online retail marketing space.

Very much a hands on role, the working environment is akin to that of a dynamic start up and what you would expect for an eTailer still in its infancy. Here you’ve the opportunity to make your mark and cement yourself firmly within the eCommerce space, with complete ownership of all that you develop and implement.

To be considered for this role you should be able to confidentially present a demonstrated online acquisition track record gained at least over the past 5 years where you would have been managing campaign budgets in excess of $1m. Within your CV you should clearly highlight your campaign successes in terms of CPA reduction and overall customer acquisition growth, plus give specifics with regards to your results achieved for your brand / client across display, affiliate, and targeted email.
