Our Client- global information services group is looking for a maternity 12 months contract candidates.
Support the development and testing of new Identity Management consumer propositions.


This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with product development experience and a passion for innovation to join the fastest growing division within a FTSE 100 Company.
You will have proven product innovation and propositions experience. Naturally you will be exceptionally creative with unrivalled attention to detail – and you will ensure that everything we do online is at the very forefront of innovation and digital excellence-In developing new and innovative product offerings for our consumers and partnership & affiliates.

Product and proposition innovation, development & testing (50%)
Relationships, Opportunities, & Driving Change (50%)

Personal profile:

• Understanding and experience of the product development lifecycle, with experience of recognized business analysis techniques and methodologies
• Experience of taking new products from concept to market, including successful launch
• Interest / understanding of “lean” product development techniques.
• Able to work effectively and collaboratively in a complex and matrix environment
• Excellent influencing, communication and decision making skills
• Attention to detail, with an ability to communicate requirements clearly and unambiguously using best practice methodologies
• Able to conceptualise a solution out of observations, experience, data etc
• Confident in networking and managing relationships across commercial and technical teams, both face-to-face and remotely
• Excellent probing and questioning skills and not afraid to challenge the norm
• Competency in conducting and managing cross-functional workshops
• Good innovation skills and creative thinking
• Highly motivated, organised and delivery focused
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient to work in all aspects of the role with minimal guidance
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn and desire to grow with the role
