Offshore Service Office Coordinator

Our major Oil & Gas Services client is seeking a coordinator to service their Offshore Services office located in Houston near I-45 and the Beltway (Greenspoint area). Six month long assignment with possibility of extension. Benefits are effective after 4-6 weeks on assignment including affordable health care through Cigna. This person should have a great attitude, strong organizational skills, excellent follow-through and the ability to pick up new processes and systems as needed.

Job Summary:
Responsible for the work up and prepare of Job folders to be submitted for invoicing. This is to include Inter-Company, 3rd
Party direct and Warranty jobs.
Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with Service techs, shipping and receiving, Tech support and Service coordinators to obtain all required
information to properly work up and submit a job folder for invoicing.
- Involvement with inventory and maintaining of rental tool boxes and any Rental kits supplied by service to be used on
service jobs.
- Involvement with inventory and maintaining service tech tool inventory lists.
- Involvement with maintaining the certifications and record keeping of calibrated tools/instruments for service techs.
- Involvement in maintaining and keeping the Work in Progress (WIP) list to a minimum and giving updates to current
statuses.
- Make comments and be able to attach documents to associated Tracker tickets.
- Coordinate material and parts orders and shipments for current Jobs.
- Coordinate parts return to OEM or authorized repair centers for failure analysis and or repairs.
- Customer interface on obtaining or working out issues with Purchase orders.
- Coordinating and or assisting in time sensitive shipments.
- Review information and apply to both Tracker QPR and Warranty tickets when required.
- Maintains a daily dialog with the Service Coordinators.
- Responsible for keeping management and department managers appraised of critical problems, especially if customer
relations or warranties are primary issue.
- Preform other work related tasks as assigned.
