Office Manager Needed for World's Leading Creative & Marketing Staffing Firm

Can you handle payroll, answer questions about benefits, and maintain organization of an office for 40 amazing people? Is providing outstanding customer service a part of your daily life?

Primary Responsibilities

● Manage and process weekly payroll
● Accounts payable coding
● Front desk & phone support (handling talent & client requests including benefits, invoicing, timecard questions and worker's comp claims)
● Contract review to identify administrative and audit requirements, design and implementation of compliance processes
● Coordinate trouble shooting of technical needs working with EIS department to resolve issues
● Mail and package distribution
● Maintain office appearance and organization
● Event planning
● Order office supplies for staff
● Respond quickly to urgent issues
● Play a major role in accomplishing a wide range of projects for internal and external clients via the Shared Services team.


Critical competencies

● 5+ years of related work experience
● Strong interpersonal relations skills
● Self motivated and takes initiative
● Extreme attention to detail
● Strong organization skills
● Business writing skills
● Customer service fanatic
● Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and resolve conflicts
● Experience managing multiple priorities
● Proven ability to learn new technology quickly
● Familiarity with Google applications, and Microsoft Office
● College degree preferred
