PAY: $15/HOUR

** A FORTUNE 500 FASHION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL ORDER INVENTORY SPECIALIST **

SUMMARY OF ROLE:
The Order Inventory Specialist will assist merchandising and merchandise planning in daily activities needed to run an efficient and profitable business. Major responsibilities include order and price management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate with Inventory Management, Merchandising, and Production to create and maintain complete and accurate style and order details in the Order Management System
• Record all changes communicated by production and merchant teams
• Manage the monthly receipt reconciliation process to provide an accurate financial record of open orders
• Complete outstanding purchase order work (color and size breakdowns, packing details) on a timely basis
• Track incoming orders to ensure timely delivery and communicate any issues (i.e. late or priority orders) to appropriate contacts
• Initiate process to prioritize orders as needed
• Provide cross-functional teams with timely and accurate receipt status, style and delivery changes
• Maintain accurate regular and markdown online pricing for both shared and exclusive styles
• Analyze historical size selling and provide strategies and recommendations to Inventory Management team
• Support the Inventory management team by running reports and pricing tools, website pricing review, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Excel
• Previous experience in retail, merchandising office helpful
• Experience in eCommerce preferred
