North America Marketing Program Manager

Responsible for partnering with the assigned business unit, sales team, product marketing, and shared services to plan, execute, manage and measure virtual or online demand generation programs for North America.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Demand generation and product specialist who develops comprehensive North America online/ virtual programs plan and optimizes tactics to meet North America regional targets.

· Coordinates execution and completion of defined program activities by working with functional team members on tactics such as advertising, direct/email marketing, virtual events, contests/promotions, paid search, organic search, and other online/ virtual demand generation tactics.

· Responsible for managing North America program budget
· Manages email strategy including maintaining email calendar, creating nurturing programs and scheduling cross sell emails with other product groups.
· Plan and execute webcasts and online events including posting landing pages, managing promotions, hosting and follow up
· Ensure responses from programs are appropriately tracked and delivered to the intended sales organization

· Responsible for providing quarterly forecast for online/ virtual programs and managing monthly reports to monitor the data to ensure campaign success.
· Communicates and reports on campaign metrics to the business unit and shared services
· Meet with regional sales managers on regular basis to review results, address issues and share upcoming activities
· Communicates plans, status updates, suggested optimizations, results and other updates to stakeholders including management, sales, and product marketing
