North America Change Communication and Training Lead

Our client is looking to hire a Business Change Management and Communications Lead for a one year contract offering full benefits located on site in Hoboken, NJ or Old Tappan, NJ. The North America Change, Communication and Training ( NA CCT) Lead will be responsible for the CCT elements of the NA deployments and manage a team of 6 CCT professionals. This person will work closely with the VP CCT and North America Deployment Lead in the development and implementation of the integrated change management, communication and training plans that will support the North America deployments from mobilization in region through to the end of stabilization post go-live. The role holder will drive the transformation, communications and training activities required for a successful result.   This role works closely with the TEP teams and North America business representatives along with the transformation leads to the transformation is delivered successfully.  


  • Own senior North America stakeholder relationships to ensure business engagement and adoption of the ‘To Be’ outcomes are met whilst overcoming roadblocks
  • Lead and manage a team of change, communication and training experts to inspire, develop and motivate them to achieve the desired regional outcomes
  •  Monitor and challenge in region change, communication and training performance against plan and budget
  •  Proactively identify and communicate risks and issues in the wave deployments to the VP CCT and NA Deployment Lead
  • Establish and agree change performance measures including business adoption KPI’s across the multiple functions
  • Oversee the in-region Wave deployment branding and communications to ensure a consistent tone of voice is applied as per the wider TEP CCT team. 


    Workstream/Line Management responsibilities  


  • Build relationships and trust with key stakeholders to support program delivery and collaborative approaches where appropriate
  •  Work supportively and collaboratively with other teams
  •  Communicate in line with communications and program plans with teams and wider stakeholders.
