The role focuses mainly on enabling channel partners to sell/distribute digital products via ESD (Electronic Software Distribution) or POSA (Point of Sale Activation). This role focuses on both the business operations and technical integration to enable launch in the market. The role is also involved in ongoing support of existing partners.
Can trouble shoot issues independently, can work with project team directly without guidance from others. Available for on call escalations and advanced break fix problems and problem management. Facilitates and coordinates release management process and adherence to it. Participates in major problem reviews, initiates requests for change and ensures compliance with operational and security policies

Capable of leading incident management team in trouble shooting issues and can identify potential problems in applications and advocate for solutions.

Required Skills:
• Manage and assist on multiple partner and product launches by providing partners with all the technical requirements, assistance and guidance to enable them to onboard/integrate with our systems. Technical requirements include a technical specification, test client, and sample code.
• Coordinate the activities of multiple internal and external parties to plan all launch related activities; track progress against plan; report status; resolve issues; drive quality into the process and ensure on-time launch.
• Support the partner from a technical perspective on systems and platform by bringing them through the end to end integration and testing phases.
• Project management of multiple projects, some could be global in nature with some having multiple work streams. Strong Project management, risk management, organization, collaboration and communication skills are essential.
• Drive weekly engagement with partners to track Partner status
• Participate in Partner user experience reviews
• Develop strong customer and partner relationships; act as subject matter expert for internal customers and external partners.
• Participate in process definition and process optimization initiatives to enable scale and complexity
• Troubleshoot any issues in production; Responsible for following up on any issue in production until closure.
• Collaborate across functional teams (Account Management, Finance, Business / Channel Operations, Retail Strategy).
• Provide all up status / updates for onboarding partners.
• There may be occasional on call support required in this role.
• Ability to build consensus.
• Ability to present persuasively across communication settings.
• Sound business-related skills including judgment and decision making skills.
• Specialized knowledge as defined by program/project.
• Ability to think strategically.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Software cycles and proven accomplishment as a driver of multiple projects in this arena may be needed.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve difficult problems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience/training.
