Non Tech Program Manager

Our program is designed to be customer centric and quality focused on improving our offerings.

We are looking for a Program Manager who is creative, detailed oriented, self-driven, has excellent communication skills and strong relationship skills as our program spans our internal and external communities. You need to be a highly-motivated PM who has a passion for gaming and quality.

We are a tightly-focused team, so as our PM, you will be expected to operate both as a team player and independently. You will be working with an agile and entrepreneurial team with significant impact.

You will drive initiatives and provide support for our program. Your role will encompass but not be limited to management of users enrolled in the program, regular communication internally and externally, monitoring of support and feedback sources, drive engagement and participation, and producing status reports back to the team, proactively evaluate the success of the program and intervene to remove barriers and deliver on defined success metrics. Experience with building and maintenance of a website and expertise in web design is preferred.

o Strong project management skills
o Building and managing project schedules
o Risk management
o Has run projects/programs end to end, from envision to close of project
o Have excellent writing, strategic communications and critical thinking skills. Prepare and/or support written internal and external communications (emails, community posts etc…)
o Be flexible, and capable of dealing with adversity, change and last minute course adjustments
o Collaborate well with others and have a successful track record of collaborating across organizations and teams to deliver great results.
o Ensure on-time delivery of content and services that are business dependent
o Teamwork and integrity
o Highly organized, detail-oriented

Qualifications
o 5+ years in a program management, has experience in all phases of project managements
o Experience in marketing or communications and prior internal communications/public relations expertise
o Experience and examples of successful cross-group communication
o Bachelor's degree
o Preferred but not required: expertise in building and maintenance of websites.
