Seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate to join our client's Traditional Marketing Team on a contract for three to four months.

The Marketing Associate serves as a critical member of the marketing team, leading business performance and volume analysis, and leading and executing many projects across the business team.Accountabilities Accountabilities: Develop a brand strategy, analyze business and consumer trends, identify key issues facing your business and build and execute innovative marketing plans.


• Lead Business Insights & Analytics for +50MMEQC Traditional business including: forecasting, spring plan volume builds, competitive tracking, monthly business review for segment
• Develop and manage business and consumer strategy for multiple brands
• Support commercialization of any product renovation on Traditional sub-brands
• Manage CPW & ECLIPS process for established businesses, across the multiple business unit
• Track budget across business unit – working with individual project managers to manage actuals collectively

Required Skills Required Skills/Experience:

Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
- Comfort and fluency to navigate Nielsen and other business data to uncover and communicate insights
- Strong communication skills among team and leadership
- Ability to act boldly and move quickly to generate demand in highly competitive categories
- Bias for action and can-do attitude
- Comfort working through ambiguity and change
