New Business Development/Sales Manager

With a dedicated focus around creating innovative and creative brand and product launches via exceptional design and experiential events, our client, a successful young start up is looking to add a New Business Development Manager to the team.

This innovative young agency is a hub of activity, and already into their second year of activity they have secured numerous top tier clients as a boost to the business. Your task is to take this agency to new heights by growing the sales revenue across all creative streams – branding, advertising, design and B2B experiential events.

Using your strategic skills you’ll develop a solid pipeline of new business via prospecting for new clients, cold calling and face-to-face meetings in order to build an active list of prospects and leads. It would be a huge bonus if you’ve already got a little black book of hot clients and prospects.

If you thrive off the challenge of taking a successful business and growing it, this could be the perfect role for you. With a polished creative offering and a great reputation for delivering exceptional events, this is an agency set to go places within the brand and experiential arena.


Core requirements
- Strong B2B lead generation
- Exceptional client service and account management skills
- Strong negotiation and strategic skills
- Ability to up-sell products and services to clients, always seeking out new opportunities
- Proven experience in “closing the deal” and delivering on KPIs and sales targets
- A resilient “can-do” attitude
- An exceptional command of the English language – both written and spoken is a pre-requisite for this position
