Network Entertainment Coordinator (Bilingual Japanese)

The Sony Network Entertainment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Account
Managers in the Creative Services group with the day-to-day management of our tools, requesting/tracking
and uploading art, getting studio art approvals, and helping to manage projects.

• Assisting with management of digital publishing art and promotional campaigns.
• Coordination of production, design & product planning tasks, including tracking design workloads
and schedules.
• Proactively tracking and escalating issues.
• On-going tracking and coordination of day to day operations for production, design and product
planning teams.
• Assist with maintaining and developing relationships with assigned studios & networks to enrich
creative partnerships.
• Managing asset uploads, approvals, etc. through existing proprietary tracking/publishing tools.
• Assisting with production coordination on marketing related initiatives.

o Client management
o Excellent communication skills & appreciation for team-oriented work environment
o Experience working with cross-functional teams
o Proactive, independent self-starter

o Project management
o Detail oriented, organized, and able to perform under pressure with tight deadlines

o Basic understanding of digital design
o Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint

o Interest in digital media, interactive entertainment

o Preferably (but not required) professional services or digital entertainment, preferably with
advertising or interactive service agency, and marketing.
o Experience with agency-client relationships, project management, account management
and creative management.

o Bachelors degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
