National Marketing Manager

Our corporate, healthcare client has an immediate need for a Content Marketing Manager, in Dallas, TX. The Content Marketing Manger oversees all content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive patient volumes, patient engagement, and patient retention. This individual is an expert in all things related to content and channel optimization, brand(s) consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics and meaningful measurement. This position will collaborate with various home office departments (marketing, public relations, business development, IT, and HR) as well as local market operations personnel.

-Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality and tone
-Map out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives with continuous evolvement
-Development of functional content
-Develop standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance and repurposing
-Establish a workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content
-Develop a functional content calendar
-Assures call to action and measurable ROI for advertising and marketing.Tracks, measures and analyzes success of marketing efforts, and makes recommendations for improvement.
-Leverage market data to develop content and execute a plan to develop assets
-Conduct periodic competitive audits
-Conduct ongoing usability tests and make recommendations based on the results
