The role will be based 3 days per week within the brand team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The remaining 2 days per week will be on Broadway in NYC.

The Brand Activation Manager will:
• Have responsibility for managing the day-to-day relationship between AOL, Mindshare and Simple.
• Work closely with the cross-business MAKERS team, including AOL, Mindshare and Simple, to create state-of-the-art integrated marketing solutions for the Simple brand.
• Achieve business objectives using research, analysis and marketing expertise to develop creative, innovative solutions for Simple to best leverage the MAKERS brand and content.
• Ideate and implement content integration opportunities, content distribution opportunities and promotional initiatives that enable Simple to leverage the MAKERS brand.
• Track the attainment of shared goals between MAKERS and Simple.
• Ensure that all initiatives and programs of the MAKERS partnership are implemented on time, on budget and at the highest possible standard.
• Cultivate relationships across the AOL, Mindshare and Simple teams.
• Act as a liaison across AOL, Mindshare and Simple. Manage the operating cadence of the MAKERS partnership.
• Anticipate Simple’s needs and requirements and provide outstanding service to deliver AOL’s commitments.
• Ensure timely communication between all teams.
• Manage the advertising delivery for all Simple activity relating to the MAKERS partnership. Provide insight and analysis to the Simple brand team. Optimize the campaign accordingly.
