Marketing world class gaming products takes a targeted approach, which requires a team who possesses a very specific set of qualifications. We’re looking for a gamer who knows how to speak to our consumers in an authentic and exciting way but is also capable of tracking the impact of the programs which are placed in the channel. While we place a premium on creativity, we also require quantifiable results.
This role will be responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, adjusting on the fly, and reporting on the impact of a multi-year growth strategy. However, before implementation, the individual will also be responsible for gaining internal alignment. This will require a great deal of cross-functional collaboration and effective communications skills at all levels.

Day to Day Activities
• Go to Market Planning
• Partner campaign planning team and develop specific GTM tactics with a focus on driving demand
• Solicit, consolidate and communicate cross functional inputs to maximize impact of marketing tactics
• Build strategic briefing document to align supporting activities to core campaign goals
• Define, implement, and manage cross-functional business management system
• Capture inputs / alignment from key stakeholders
• Communicate key business objectives
• Align on plan of attack for critical business needs
• Manage internal Comms Plan
• Gain alignment with key stake holders
• Solicit Executive support where needed
Must Haves
• 5 years of industry experience
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Technical understanding of gaming hardware and how it contributes to in-game performance
• Experience managing or facilitating the creative process (concept to execution)
• Attention to detail
• Business Acumen (understanding of the Consumer purchase cycle)
• Extensive experience presenting directly to Executives
• Experience providing creative feedback and working with creative resources
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
