Mutual Fund Marketing / Content Manager

Large Financial/Investment Management firm seeks financial / marketing professional with knowledge of Mutual Fund products to integrate fund changes to digital and print collateral. This is a contract role for a 6 month period (Nov-May), on-site in Ownings Mill, MD.

This position’s primary responsibility is to manage the firm’s mutual fund product information functions, which includes content and data within marketing collateral and digital properties.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Integrate new funds and fund changes into digital platforms and print collateral
• Manage regular compliance and audit processes to ensure accuracy of product information.
• Track, analyze and remediate product information discrepancies proactively identified and/or reported to the team, working with technology teams to resolve issues in a timely fashion.
• Provide regular updates to marketing collateral and content management systems (no coding required)
• Facilitate reviews for adherence legal & compliance guidelines and maintain records in a compliant fashion (retention, FINRA filing)

Required skills
• College degree, 3+ years’ experience
• Mutual Fund product knowledge is required
• Experience working with information systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Quick learner and self-starter
• Process oriented, yet flexible to adapt to changing environments
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to work both independently and within, sometimes leading, a cross-functional team Preferred skills
• Experience with CMS systems, databases, such as Adobe Experience Manager (no coding required)
• Knowledge of marketing principles preferred
