Description:
The Multicultural Marketing team is looking to hire a marketing professional to manage Hispanic Marketing communications tactics for the Hispanic segment.

This position will support various marketing and communication initiatives for Verizon FiOS products and services targeted to the Hispanic segment. This person will be responsible for project management and support of mass media creative assets for TV, DRTV, Radio, ROP, Shared Mail and various forms of OOH for all awareness and direct response programs. This position will also support development of Direct Mail creatives to the segment. Furthermore, this position will be responsible for working with various agencies, marketing vendors and internal marketing teams on development and execution of marketing communications campaigns targeted to the Hispanic segment.

Responsibilities
•Work with creative agencies to develop campaigns and creative assets to the Hispanic segment.
•Develop tactical briefs to develop creative assets requited for each program.
•Work with various internal departments including strategy, Planning, Product Line Management, Legal, Creative, Execution, Online, Close Loop Marketing, Media and Branding to gather information needed to be included or considered in creative assets
•Manage creative production including broadcast (DRTV/TV and radio) and print ( shared Mail and DM)
•Closely work with Strategy to define Hispanic messaging architecture in order to implement messaging across tactics
•Manage tight production timelines to support all marketing zone and multiple offers and launch tactics on time and on budget
•Management and oversight multimillion dollar budget for creative production
•Work with Close Loop Marketing team to track performance of the campaigns
•Participate in tracking research readouts and manage ad-hoc research as needed for assigned projects.
•Manage execution of promotions that may affect the Hispanic/Multicultural segment

Required Skills and Experience
•Minimum of 5 years of experience at an Hispanic advertising agency or in a corporate side marketing communications role focused on Hispanic and multicultural segment
•Experience managing broadcast productions (ie TV & Radio commercials) and print productions
•Experienced at evaluating creative concepts and directing agency on creative development
•Excellent communications skills, including formal and informal presentations
•Strong multi-tasking and results-oriented skills
•Ability to travel for creative production
•Must speak/read and write Spanish. This is required since the creative assets produced are done in Spanish language
•Works independently/ independent thinking
•Strong ability to work across multiple organizations to drive results
•Strong attention to detail reviewing creative
