Multichannel Marketing Manager

AQUENT is seeking a multichannel marketing manager with the ability to own strategy, focus on the customer, be collaborative and drive results. As a resident marketer and communicator, you will be responsible for crafting messages, developing internal marketing campaigns and editing content.

You should have:
o Hands-on experience developing and executing brand and marketing campaigns- should include multichannel understanding and approach
o Demonstrated experience in writing for executives and corporate cultures. Experience in writing for financial services, corporate communications and environmental organization is a definite plus.
o Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize, scope and schedule multiple work streams.
o An understanding of the importance of clearly defined writing and approvals processes and accountabilities.
o A passion for creating an exceptional customer experience.
o Interest in and awareness of the latest trends and developments in communications and branding.
o Proven ability to influence within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities
o Develop marketing and communication strategies
o Own the creative development and execution of materials from conception to execution
o Ensure all marketing and content are consistent in tone and brand; focused and accurate; adhere to External Reporting, Regulatory, and Media Relations guidelines
o Establish a positive relationship with executives, partners and stakeholders; collaborate with communicators and clients to help formulate strategy and influence production.
o Work with external partners to coordinate execution of efforts.
o Prioritize work and manage capacity.
o Proofread and edit communications.
o Support team in being well-managed: this includes administrative tasks.
o Graphic Design experience is a plus


Basic Qualifications:
o Be a Beacon of the Company's culture and values
o Killer creative thinking with a mastery of brand and marketing skills
o Proven ability to translate technical material into meaningful messages for executives, managers, associates, and candidates
o Bachelors Degree
o 3 years of experience in marketing/communications /PR industry.
o 3 years of experience in developing communications for a variety of audiences and background in marketing, communications or copywriting.
o 3 years of experience in proven problem solving skills and generation of creative solutions that improve the way we do business.
o 3 years of experience in organizing and managing multiple projects with overlapping schedules and deadlines; prioritizing projects and directing work.

Preferred Qualifications:
o Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Journalism Public Relations or Communications.
o Direct Marketing or PR certifications.
o 5 years of experience in direct marketing/advertising/PR industry.
o 5 years of experience in developing communications for a variety of media & audiences and background in marketing, communications or copywriting.
