Multi-Cultural Marketing Coordinator

Coordinator is responsible for executing elements of PR and social media campaigns including tracking media breaks, reporting, research, press outreach and posting/maintaining official social media channels. Position will report to the Manager and support the team on all aspects of the campaigns and other designated special projects. The ideal candidate will have previous studio or agency experience, will be a fast learner, proactive, communicate effectively with team members, and be flexible and able to quickly shift priorities, as required. Must have experience and interest in Hispanic and/or Urban marketing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Support with the execution of online publicity and social media campaigns
-Develop daily reports, track media breaks from campaign inception to completion, update all reporting databases and assemble post-campaign wrap reports
-Proactively update PR campaign folders by uploading photos, trailers, fact sheets, etc. as they become available
-As appropriate, pitch content to online press, secure promotional giveaways, and create and post on official social media channels
-Maintain official social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
-Maintain the online press, blog and social media influencer database by regularly researching and updating contacts, including both mainstream and niche sites
-Responsible for promotional prize fulfillment
-Contribute insights and ideas during campaign brainstorm sessions to support upcoming campaigns
-Cover events such as Press Junkets, Premieres, Advance Screenings, Special Events, etc., at nights and during the weekend, as requested
-Multitask on multiple campaigns during the same time period, supporting both Hispanic and Urban market online campaign initiatives
-Provide administrative support for the department as assigned
