Multi-Channel Capabilities Manager

A Major Pharma giant is looking for a Multi-Channel Capabilities Manager to come onboard! Pharma experience is required!

Business owner for assigned multi-channel capability (i.e. web, email, mobile, remote connect, 3rd party partners, etc)

• Manages the creation, development, integration and execution of an assigned multi-channel capability in accordance with multi-channel strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborates across organization (Customer Engagement Center, Information Technology, Multi-Channel Capabilities Standards Committee (legal, medical, marketing and Regulatory), and Business Units) on key activities like planning, prioritizing, and implementation support for key multi-channel capabilities
• Identifies needs for digital capabilities and solution enhancement across the enterprise and escalates to the MC Hub Team leaders.
• Prepares briefings for assigned multi-channel capabilities to senior management and provides input to inform decision making, in collaboration with internal teams including Global Commercialization and functional teams
• Builds and maintains subject matter expertise internal and external/industry digital capabilities
• Provides input into overarching, multi-channel strategies
• Provides input into agency and/or vendor selection and management agencies / vendors (as appropriate)
· Develops and maintains operational model in partnership with key stakeholders for assigned multi-channel capability.

• Provides support for knowledge sharing and skills training around multi-channel capabilities

Qualifications
· 4 year bachelor’s degree required

· Candidate should possess 7+ years focusing on multi-channel capability development with deep expertise in one or more multi-channel capability

Experience with multi-channel capability development, including definition of strategy and execution
· Candidate should possess skills within digital capabilities (pharmaceutical experience preferred)
· Ability to define and gain support for a new multi-channel capability, including pilots, implementation, and integration
· Proficient in designing, integration, and implementing multi-channel capabilities
· Proven track record of collaborating with other teams and delivering results on budget / on schedule/on strategy
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent planning, prioritization, management, and organizational skills
· Excellent management skills, including experience selecting / directing agencies and vendors
