The Mobile Product Manager will be responsible for delivering engaging and immersive mobile and second screen experiences. The ideal candidate is both creative and technically adept and has a proven track record of achievement at the intersection of television and digital media.

Responsibilities include overseeing the creation of product requirements documents, schedules and supporting materials in partnership with design, content, technology, marketing and other teams. The product manager provides day-to-day cross-functional leadership to ensure the timely delivery of projects which meet established quality, scope and cost requirements.

Successful candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment and be able to adapt and adjust plans on-the-fly. The position requires interaction with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Candidates must possess the ability and willingness to balance consumer needs with business priorities and articulate the rationale behind decisions. They must also have exceptional project management skills and the ability to effectively manage the progress of all deliverables in the production queue.


Responsibilities
- Serve as the audience ambassador
- Create highly engaging mobile and second screen experiences
- Collaborate with and guide cross-functional teams to develop features that improve user experience, support marketing and revenue goals, with a mind towards maximum production efficiency.
- Define requirements through stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis and TV/entertainment industry research
- Develop product documentation including specifications (PRD), wireframes, site maps, process flows, use cases, QA test plans etc.
- Track and gather approved assets from multiple sources and deliver to project leads.
- Facilitate communication across all project phases and proactively alert senior management of changes to scope, timelines, resources and third party issues
- Ensure proper integration and scalability of shared products and tools
- Consistently analyze site performance and optimize the user experience accordingly
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
- Manage and navigate the priorities of engineering, design, content and marketing while balancing resourcing and other constraints to arrive at an effective and timely solution.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of web product management experience
- Solution oriented, highly motivated and proactive self-starter
- Strong grasp of information architecture and user interface best practices
- Macro-to-micro versatility: strategic mindset coupled with a keen attention to detail
- Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to balance multiple projects/priorities
- Deep understanding of project management principles and best practices
- Proven track record of developing & launching entertainment-related web & mobile products
- Some with Video CMS systems (Brightcove, thePlatform, Ooyala, Kaltura).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, Photoshop tools as well as Bug tracking, Ticketing and Tracking systems (Omniture)
- Familiar with the App lifecycle including submission processes (Apple/Android).
- Experience with Social SignOn including FB Auth.
