Mobile Programme Planning Manager

Our Client is recruiting for their retail and OEM partnership team. The Hardware Go-to-market team specifically leads the organisation through the product lifecycle from conception to end of life. You would be required to work with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation from Sales to Retail Operations to Marketing to launch new products and technologies with our 3rd party partners. The focus of your role would be the product launch plan and the ongoing management to that plan via various stakeholder requirements. You would be on point for the UK development, communication, and execution of product launch. Operational planning excellence will be crucial as the organisation looks to be a success in consumer hardware.

Candidate’s knowledge of online media combined with their communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using the influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide top client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Responsibilities
Would support Country Sales Lead to activate marketing/promotional activities
Support Country Sales Lead to liaise with & secure approval from internal stakeholders around key commercial contracts
Be comfortable in Powerpoint & Google Docs to support Country Sales Lead in pitch materials & external communications
Comfortable in Excel & Google Sheets to interpret Sales demands for Hardware at a micro and macro level, then communicate these trends/insights to the wider team internally.
Comfortable presenting and talking through projects across many functions in person and over VC to ensure clear communication & alignment across the above functions.


Responsibilities
Manage large projects from concept to launch, developing and coordinating realistic project estimates, plans, and/or metrics, working and communicating effectively with Marketing, Sales and Product Management
Setup and manage project execution teams with associated processes to ensure successful completion of the program.
Develop proficiency in internal tools and processes and leverage those to push automation and increase work efficiency.
Monitor, measure and communicate project progress, potential risks and delays and team performance to program teams, executives and other sponsors. Take the lead in driving cross-office collaboration and resolving any site-related differences.
Contribute to global company-wide planning processes that include budgeting, project prioritization, headcount planning, forecast management and variance analysis.

Minimum qualifications
BA/BS degree in a planning, finance and/or management discipline or equivalent practical experience.
Solid project management or business planning experience working with Marketing, Sales and Product Management teams.

Preferred qualifications
Experience dealing with large data sets for data driven decision making and planning
Extensive Project/Large Operations management experience.
Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
Ability to define projects and execute within timelines, with multiple stakeholders and proven ability to deliver projects on-time.
Ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
