Mobile Product Manager III

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Product Manager who will transform and drive forward our Client's mobile experience. Come join the healthcare team that is transforming the digital experiences for healthcare consumers.

The Mobile Product Manager will help shape the mobile experiences by bringing forward the voice of our Client's consumers and executing on a broader digital strategy. This role will help to define what the future of the consumer mobile experience will be for this Client.

This position falls within the Digital Product Solutions – Consumer & Acquisition Experience team and is part of our Client’s Digital Services Group. The Consumer & Acquisition Experience team applies expertise about digital products (including acquisition, health engagement, financial, social, and mobile) to define and drive meaningful and excellent consumer digital experiences and bring high value to our business.

Responsibilities Include:
• Planning and execute on mobile product evolution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, product roadmap and working closely with the engineering, support, and business teams to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Define high-level requirements and partner with IT to drive the work forward.
• Champion the strategic vision of Client's Consumer Digital and Mobile.
• Provide strategic consultation and input based in the organization's Mobile Strategy and research of industry trends and best practices.
• Partner with business and clinical partners and other stakeholders to understand needs.
• Serve as Mobile product subject matter expert for the mobile area of unmet/underserved consumer needs.
• Socialize the mobile product vision.

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum five (5) years of related experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience of assessing key customer requirements within a given market segment.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a product development capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer facing digital product management.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Mobile Platforms / Devices.

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

• Proven successes with executive presentations and influence.

• Think strategically and demonstrate genuine interest in Wireless/mobile Technology, Mobility and Computing, Consumer Electronics and Devices
