Mobile Marketing Project Manager

The Mobile Marketing Contractor, in our client's consumer relationship marketing (CRM) group contributes to large scale North America projects in an industry-leading CRM program. The CRM program exists to deepen engagement with our most valuable consumers to increase loyalty and drive purchase. CRM is considered to help brands enhance their marketing efforts and help them meet their business goals.

This position has responsibility for the executional oversight of the mobile channel in the US and Canada CRM Program:

  • Mobile Food Websites
  • Mobile Applications
  • SMS programs
  • There is a broad range of activities that ensure the flawless execution of the mobile channel. The Mobile Marketing Contractor works with an agency support team to manage the mobile channel on a day-to-day basis.

    Responsibilities:
  • Mobile Websites
  • Day to Day management of 3 mobile websites
  • Management of the 3 mobile website seasonal refreshes
  • Mange mobile site redesign across 3 sites
  • Mange functional mobile web enhancements projects

    Mobile App:
  • Day to Day management of the CRM mobile applications
  • App refreshes
  • Trafficking brand advertising assets
  • Pulling download reports
  • Check and respond daily to consumer emails

    SMS
  • Mange ongoing SMS program
  • Copy approval
  • QA
  • Implementation of mobile editorial calendar
  • Implementation of programing to drive subscriptions for SMS programs

    Experience requirements:

    The ideal candidate brings strong experience and deep knowledge of mobile marketing, m.site a& app management. Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to blend marketing fundamentals with competencies and comfort with mobile and digital marketing. A strong drive for results, proven project management skills and the ability to manage both creative and technical projects are essential. Must be able to critically evaluate creative, give direct, constructive feedback and bring experiences to life via mobile.

  • 2 yrs of managing a consumer-facing mobile websites
  • 2 yrs of consumer marketing experience
  • Proven track record of delivering compelling, creative online experience via mobile

    Required Skills
  • Superb organizational, communications and project management skills, including strong remote communication skills via email, phone and conference calls
  • Great attention to detail
  • Comfort with mobile technology
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, collaborative environment
  • Action oriented with a strong drive to get things done
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders and agencies
  • Previous used of Coremetrics or other online analytics tools
