Mobile Marketing Manager - user engagement & optimization

We are hiring a Mobile Marketing Manager for a Fortune 500 company in Bellevue, WA.

The Sr. Mobile Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing & executing the company's strategy to drive user engagement & repeat across our mobile platforms - iOS/Android Apps and the mobile website.
You will be a cross-functional leader who will not only create our global mobile app activation plan, but also will work with teams across the company to communicate insights, brainstorm ideas/initiatives and drive the mobile business through the matrix.
This is a highly visible position within the Org.
You must be comfortable structuring business analysis, have solid data & analytical skills, possess a blend of technical & business savvy, and be comfortable presenting your ideas in large forums.
Experience or familiarity with eCommerce customer acquisition & retargeting strategies and performance marketing will be helpful but not required.

MUST HAVES:
- +5-7 years of experience in digital/mobile in a B2C environment
- Data and Analytics savvy - heavy business analysis, uncovering insights & patterns, using data to identify opportunities to increase mobile user engagement
- Experience in modeling, analysis, research, and strategy formulation
- Experience with customer segmentation strategies and execution of online marketing campaigns leveraging segmentation frameworks
- Mobile marketing with focus on ROI based, direct-response/performance marketing -- HIGHLY desired!
- MBA preferred
- Consulting experience preferred
