Our client, a fortune 500 software company is Looking for a Marketing Manager to support and execute Mobile Marketing programs in Financial Services


Complete Description:
Required:
8-10 years marketing management experience
8-10 years direct response experience
5 years email experience
5 years online marketing experience (web pages, banners)

Your Opportunity: As a Mobile Marketing Manager on the Financial Services Mobile team, you will contribute to the acceleration and usage of our mobile banking solutions. You will align with the mobile marketing strategy developed in partnership with product, and execute B2B2C mobile adoption & retention programs to hit key targets in our growth plan. In addition to managing offline/online programs, you will scope out the execution path for innovative marketing experiments (social, video, etc.) and manage program summaries for internal communications.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintain end user mobile marketing calendar for cross-functional teams
- Execute and deliver monthly mobile programs (email, banners, prompts, landing pages) on time and on budget
- Confirm any gaps between original scope of work and campaign updates
- Oversee A/B test plans and other test & learn scenarios
- Develop campaign list segmentation based on prospect target criteria
- Partner with field marketing and engage clients for pilot programs
- Track and report on campaign results, compared to set goals
- Partner with cross-functional teams, working closely with Marketing Operations, Product, Field Marketing, Analytics, & other Marketing teams to deliver results

Your Talents: Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of direct response experience required, from concept to execution to post-program analysis
- Experience managing email, landing pages, print production and other traditional marketing channels is required.
- Agency or corporate marketing background is preferred however Ecommerce or start-up marketing experience is also welcome.
- Strong client management skills are desired
- Experience or knowledge of banking or financial services industries is preferred
- A passion for all things marketing in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Success in implementing social campaigns is desired. Mobile marketing experience is desired but not mandatory
- The ability to articulate a clear end-to-end "go-to-market” goal as it relates to overarching mobile marketing strategy
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of focusing on high impact activities & driving initiatives through to execution
- Solid use of Excel for reporting and building clean PowerPoint presentations is required
- Experience with pulling data, such as from Business Objects or Omniture systems, is required
- Passion for delighting customers & using customer insights to improve end-to-end experiences
- Cross-functional leadership capabilities; collaborative approach to problem solving & building enduring partnerships
- Outstanding verbal & written communicator
- High energy & positive mindset with a "can do" attitude
