Mobile Marketing Acquisition Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY 
Our client is looking for an experienced marketer to bring the live event experience to life for consumers through our mobile products. You will play a key role in acquiring and engaging users in our mobile apps. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing paid marketing programs, analyzing performance in real-time and identifying opportunities for innovation. This is an opportunity to play a critical role and have an immediate impact on the business. 

LOCATION 
San Francisco, CA 

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Launch, optimize and scale campaigns on Facebook, Google and other mobile ad networks 
• Optimize targeting, bids and budget on all ad buys 
• Continually test new partners, campaigns and creatives to drive highest yield 
• Manage relationships with external partners 
• Own and drive A/B testing and creative optimization 
• Report out regularly on performance and innovation plans 
• Collaborate with internal Product team on setting up in-app campaigns, understanding customer behavior, key events and user trigger points 
• Drive ASO including testing and optimization of keywords, screenshots, app description and content 

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 
• BA/BS required 
• 5-6 years of experience (with at least 3-4 in mobile user acquisition) 
• Experience promoting mobile products on Facebook/iOS/Google/ad networks 
• Understanding of fundamental digital/mobile ad metrics and calculations (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPI, MAU) 
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations 
• Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills 
• Passion for live events - sports/concert/entertainment enthusiast a plus 

Skills: 
-At least 3-4 years of experience in mobile acquisition like ad networks and app downloads 
-This person must be able to drive mobile campaigns 
-Comfortable with heads down management of ads which include developing creative assets, monitor metrics to measure success 
- Should be familiar with placement tools and DoubleClick bid manager
