Job Title: Mobile Insights & Market Share Manager
Job Description:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing insights organization utilizing Nielsen services; this may include corporate/client side, agency, research company, or Nielsen itself.
 Knowledge of Nielsen products such as Mobile Insights and Ad Brand Effects and various Nielsen data platforms (e.g., SMS). Knowledge of research techniques and visual and statistical analyses typically used in Nielsen deliverables. Knowledge of mobile communications industry and competitive landscape.
 Familiarity with Nielsen’s account management and project management approach, able to interact directly with Nielsen project leads to coordinate deliverables and requests and get things done fast. Maturity and top professionalism while operating as an “in-house” Nielsen expert, bridging the internal Consumer & Marketplace Insights team and their Nielsen project/account team. Transparent, articulate and thorough in all communication to CMI managers.
 Capability to manage the receipt of Nielsen deliverables, quality checking, revisions process back with Nielsen; high attention to detail and willingness to take direction from several different Consumer & Marketplace Insights leaders and managers to adapt and integrate Nielsen deliverables as required.
 Capability to manage internal users of Nielsen deliverables from different marketing and operations organizations across junior to senior levels; skilled user of Outlook and email communications to ensure clarity. Client service attitude, willing to go the extra mile to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables meets the needs of various end users and executives.
