Mobile App Product Manager

We are looking for an App Store Optimisation (ASO) & Mobile Marketing Specialist with experience in managing successful end to end mobile marketing campaigns to join the UK marketing team.

You will be responsible to define and implement the Mobile GTM strategy and optimize the performance of our apps within the Apple App store and Google Play Store to increase traffic and subscriptions. Working in partnership with the UK Marketing Team, UK Product Team and the US Mobile team, you will ensure the successful creation and delivery of world-class mobile experiences.

Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Senior Web Marketing Manager, you will be expected to:
• Define & implement a cost effective Mobile go to market strategy to acquire new app customers
• Work closely with the Online Acquisition team to deliver best-in-class integrated digital campaigns targeting mobile users to drive app downloads and subscriptions
• Work closely with the content and US Mobile teams to develop compelling and fully optimized App Store landing pages to boost rankings and discoverability
• Continuously review the in-app experience to identify conversion opportunities
• Implement A/B tests to improve the App Store and mobile traffic conversion rates
• Work closely with our data and marketing teams to pull App Store & mobile traffic reports on a daily/weekly basis to assess performance
• Provide weekly recommendations to optimize the end to end user journeys and drive subscriptions
• Constantly monitor market trends, competitors benchmarks, emerging channels and best practices

The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand our value proposition and translate the strategy into compelling web experiences. Working as part of a dynamic team, in a fast-paced environment, they will have a good blend of strategic thinking, tactical “know-how” and not be put-off by rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of ASO experience with subscription-based apps
• Proven experience of planning, executing and optimising integrated mobile campaigns (SEM, programmatic, social media, SEO and in-store) to drive qualified traffic, app downloads & subscriptions
• Experience of localizing & optimizing App Store pages
• Knowledge of key App Store analytics & optimization tools such as App Annie and SensorTower
• Excellent understanding of SEO from a content and technical perspective
• Experience of launching A/B Tests using tools such as Google Play’s testing module and StoreMaven/SplitMetrics, etc
• Excellent English writing skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and work well independently
