Midweight/Senior Campaign Designer

We are looking for someone with a campaign background, an ideas person to work predominantly with the agency's Employee and Engagement projects.

The role:
You will be joining a close knit, fun and sociable studio made up of 35 multi-skilled individuals ranging from print and digital designers, front and back end developers, and user experience designers.The team produces work across the 4 different practice areas: Corporate, Consumer, Health and Employee.

The Designer role requires a bright, articulate, creative, multi-skilled individual who can come up with ideas and execute these brilliantly across a range of applications.
- You will be responsible for creating a wide variety of projects ranging from campaigns to literature to content creation (such as info graphics) to branding and identity systems.
- A keen eye for detail, typography and aesthetics is equally as important as your ideas.
- You will have a friendly and approachable personality and can take direction and constructive criticism in order to develop yourself and your work. At the same time, you will also be assertive and decisive and can stand up for yourself and your ideas.
- You will be a good listener and will naturally want to help and develop the younger members of the team.
- You will understand how important it is to build client relationships through understanding their business and challenges to come up with appropriate ideas for them.
- You’ll be commercially aware and work well with Project Managers and Consultants to deliver award winning results to budget and schedule.
- Having an interest in the outside creative world is vital to inspiration, so you will be naturally curious and proactive in keeping up to date with creative and digital developments.
- You will have experience in a similar Designer role, with a good knowledge of design, digital marketing and also possess silky skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

Your Responsibilities:
- You can think up award winning ideas
- Design to the highest possible standards to meet client briefs and audience requirements – adding to the creative spirit and culture of the agency.
- Present your work confidently and with flair (internally and externally to clients)
- Meet project milestones and deliver within budgets
- Support the Creative Director in raising the standards
- Mentor less experienced members
- You are organized and can plan and manage your time
- You can come up with a campaign look and feel
- You have great type and craft skills
- You can draw and can make things look great on the mac
- You can create logos, icons and info graphics
- You can create great looking editorial design (short, mid, long)
- You can visualize quickly and create mockups across multiple applications
- You can bring ideas to life through great looking presentations with clearly written rationales
- You can source great images and create mood boards
- You can art direct image makers, including illustrators and photographers

Previous Experience:
You will have had good experience working with well-known B2B and B2C brands. You will be a great designer and a creative thinker who can clearly demonstrate simple emotive ideas at the heart of your work. You would have worked on a range of projects ranging from campaigns to brochures and literature and branding. You have proven that you can confidently and clearly articulate your creative thinking, internally and externally, and are able to present yourself in interesting and engaging ways to clients with an enviable portfolio of diverse work.
You will need to have had experience working on at least 2 of their 4 audience types (corporate, consumer, health, employee).
