Midweight UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our client, a rapidly growing fintech company who is one of the top Australian service comparison providers. 

This role is offered as a permanent placement, ideally looking for someone midweight level and available to start ASAP - though, for the right match, the client can be flexible with both. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Within this newly created role, you will be working closely with teams across the business to continually drive improvements in the usability, engagement, and conversion; across all customer-facing touchpoints; encompassing websites, products, and services-- you will play an integral role in the development of the company's future vision and digital offering! 

You will also collaborate closely with the marketing team to lead user research efforts that will fuel your design process to design new product offerings/enhancements and continually examine how customers, clients, and users interact with their websites and services. 

Looking for a UX Designer who is confident working across the full digital project lifecycle-- encompassing UX research and testing, right through to the creation of high-fidelity UI templates/designs; always with the end customer in mind! 

UX deliverables will include competitor/product analysis, broader industry research, identifying feature/innovation implementations, creating user flows,  user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, UI mockups right through to user testing (screen recording, heat maps, AB testing). 

You will be joining a friendly & social team, working within a flat hierarchy that feels similar to a start-up dynamic yet has the security of a well-established fintech company. This is an ambitious company who have the vision to build 'best in class' solutions that please consumers and propel the business forward! 

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will have a love of data and analytics and the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations from data analysis to optimize and improve the overall user experience. 

Also confident (or interested in) working CX / marketing / sales funnel metrics -- really focused upon measuring and mapping experiences and engagement to improve overall customer/user experience of their websites, products, platforms, and services.
