We are looking for a talented Digital Designer with front-end development skills to join our client, a well-known global information service company.

You will be joining a small, but growing digitally focused design team, working across various projects from mini-site design and development to email, banners and landing pages – you should be able to handle anything thrown at you.

- You will be part of a small team dealing with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- You will be a digital all-rounder capable of turning your hand to many different digital design disciplines.
- You will be involved in working with our agencies and partners shaping their work to fit our company, product and brand needs
- You will need to apply your best creative thinking to our in-house projects.
- You will be responsible for delivering requests from brief to completion and be expected to follow design standards and requirements set by the Creative Director.
- The candidate must be able to handle multiple projects, while producing high-quality designs and innovative solutions for our brand, our consumer-facing products and our partners.

(Skills, knowledge, experience & education)

We are looking for an experienced digital designer with an eye for detail, typography, layout and colour. It’s vital that you’re passionate about design, the web and technology. You should be the sort of person who keeps themselves up to date on what’s happening in their sphere simply because you find it interesting.

- Your skills with all the main components of the Adobe Creative Suite must be top class.
- In addition to this you should have experience of HTML & CSS, frameworks & UI kits.
- You should have a firm grasp of FTP/SFTP, jQuery, WordPress (or Drupal) and some sort of wireframing tool – we don’t mind which.
- You will be able to work independently to drive projects to completion – communicating with stakeholders and securing buy-in for your ideas will come naturally to you.
- You’re organised and can handle multiple projects at the same time – often to tight deadlines. You’ll handle changing priorities coolly and calmly.
- You might be taking your first steps in leading and mentoring and developing yourself along the way.

A degree in a design related discipline would help but is by no means essential.
