This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who is ready for a career move to an agency that is growing in size and offer.

You will work closely with the Creative Director and design team.

This role calls for a doer and a leader who can be proactive, responsive to the business and creative environments and take charge of initiatives which will contribute to making Structure even more creatively successful and recognised.

They Agency have also recruited a COO to manage the day to day commercial operations of the business to help support the creative team.

Your experience

Being a strong designer and team player, you will help design and deliver commercially compelling work.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience as a mid-weight designer with least 2 years experience.

You must have an understanding and interest in all channels of communications, from traditional media to digital and new trends.

You must know how to work on integrated campaigns and have a working knowledge of experience design, brand development and the creative process.

The areas of responsibility set out in this document will probably evolve and change over time as your role grows and the team develops.

Your ambition

You are ambitious, you love businesses, you respect entrepreneurs, you enjoy being part of a creative culture. You love technology and digital business models, early adopting and experiencing new services.
